Size of Fan: 7.5” x 3.25

Add a stylish touch to your wedding ceremony with these wedding program fans. They are perfect for dressing up your event while also providing comfort to guests at an outdoor ceremony.

These fans include 3 petals of cardstock unassembled with the choice of a silver or gold eyelet. Assembly can be added for 25 cents extra per program. Please note unassembled petal fan programs require the use of an eyelet setting tool for assembly with eyelets. Additional petals can be added for 25 cents per petal. The petals are approximately 7.5″ by 3.25″ at the top. The petals are printed on the front only. Ribbon can be added to the programs for 50 cents extra per program. Unassembled ribbon that is heat cut to prevent fraying can also be purchased for 35 cents extra per program.

Shown in white cardstock with black ink, however, cardstock, background colors and ink colors can be customized. The back of the fans are blank (same color as cardstock).

All of our programs are individually hand crafted with 110lb white cover cardstock or 100lb cream cover stock to guarantee a beautiful, flawless finish. Extra thick 130lb white or cream cover cardstock can be added for 25 cents extra per program, 110lb metallic cardstock can be added for 50 cents extra per program. Background colors can be added to any program for no additional charge.

Ordering Process

Once your program text is submitted, an electronic template will be put together and sent back via email for approval. Please allow up to 10 business days for the electronic template to be created. Once approval is received on the electronic template, a hard copy sample is then produced and sent in the mail. Once approval is received on the hard copy sample, the final programs are made. The whole process takes approximately 5 weeks. Programs can be completed in as little as 2 weeks, but a $40.00 expediting fee applies to all orders needed in less than 4 weeks from the date the order was placed.

Shipping

All orders shipped within the United States are shipped FREE via USPS priority mail with tracking included. Expect 2-3 days for US orders and 6-10 days or longer for international orders.
